International Estate Planning – Trusts
Our former congress was held in Lisbon (Portugal) from 28 to 30 September 2024. It gathered 70 lawyers from the law firm members of the LEXUNION International, Legal & Notarial Strategies – hereinafter LEXUNION – Network, to discuss the Practical aspects of the Representation of incapable adults and minors & the Cross-border circulation of protective measures.
This year, our members will celebrate LEXUNION’s XXIst Annual Congress in London from 19 to 21 September 2024, on the topic of International Estate Planning, with a Focus on Trusts and the Settlement of Estates in the UK and the Implications of the Trusts in Civil Law Countries, in order to propose solutions to the circulation issues identified.
