International Estate Planning
Our former congress was held in London (United Kingdom) from 19 to 21 September 2025. It gathered 70 lawyers from the law firm members of the LEXUNION Network, to discuss on International Estate Planning, with a Focus on Trusts and the Settlement of Estates in the UK and the Implications of the Trusts in Civil Law Countries, in order to propose solutions to the circulation issues identified.
This year, our members will celebrate LEXUNION’s XXIInd Annual Congress in Paris from 18 to 20 September 2025, on the topic: ‘Structuring cross-border property acquisitions with a view to ownership and transfer & Exiting an unsuitable structure or due to death’
