Gian Vittorio Cafagno is a partner notary at the BCCD law firm in Novara and Borgomanero (Italy), and is Chairman and founding member of the InSignum notarial network, which has been part of the LEXUNION network since 2012.
He points out that belonging to LEXUNION means “getting to know professionals from other countries and exchanging experiences”. He stresses the importance of passing on and drawing inspiration from legal developments in neighbouring countries, as well as identifying similarities between the laws of different members.
