Pascal Julien Saint-Amand is notary in Paris (France) and President of the Althémis Group, a founding member of the LEXUNION network created in 2002.
He points out that his membership of the LEXUNION network allows him: “Exchanging with professionals from different countries on subjects that concern us all, but each time with a double vision (…). It is not enough to have two rights to juxtapose: you have to really make them work together. That is the strength of a network like Lexunion”.
